[V8] buying parts in the USA

 From experience as a vendor of a non-automotive product, I can tell you 
it's a major PITA to ship to Canada.  The paperwork time takes a chunk 
of any profit.  If Parts Geek is selling at a really favorable price, 
then the loss from extra shipping costs may not justify the shipment.  
They don't get your Canadian dollar, by the way, in a credit card 
process.  In fact, they pay a premium for the credit card currency exchange.
