[V8] buying parts in the USA

wow thanks for your input guys. I really don't care about cost I've bought a whole pile of stuff from private sellers, ebay, and auto companies (USA). Who pays the shipping and customs in the end is me the customer...right ? I just bought 100 dollars worth of parts from Genuineaudi and it cost me 18 dollars shipping with tracking and USPS. My buddy in the office just bought a golf set shipped from CA, insurance, shipping, tracking, for 40.00.
Blame our Postal service ? Our postal service does a fine job, never had a problem and never had a problem with USPS (a competent company) As our economy up here has been booming I can afford to buy in the USA and can afford to spend the extra in shipping cost etc.
I agree it might be extra grief for the supplier, but at the end of the day I incur the cost(s) and the supplier has to fill out one form when shipping USPS.
Always ask to ship USPS, if we get product sent up by UPS / DHL we incur an insane brokerage fee.
