The ISV valve is at the front of the intake manifold, right over the throttle plates. It has a 2 wire connector on it. There is a wiggle test you can do to test it, and I suggest you do because you may get some other codes that could tell you more. You will need to make the test light setup from here:

My problem is getting weird. Of course. What else could I expect?
I have eliminated the MAF, O2 sensor and vacuum leaks. Mine runs great until it does its thing - then it turns on the MIL light and then SOMETIMES it does the thing where it feels like there is no fuel getting to the motor - then it comes on strong. Today when it did it, I switched on the AC just to see if it would kill the motor (at idle) and it almost did, but then it started to run fine and the MIL went out. I am starting to wonder if the fuel pump is starting to go? It does not make any unusual noise.
I have noticed that the motor seems hot - the temp gauge is fine but it just seems hot so I pulled two plugs today and they are white. That says running lean to me. I am going to check fuel pressure next but I bet it will be fine.
