[V8] ISV final fix

...I hope...

I put in a NEW O2 sensor, as opposed to a "probably still good" sensor,
and changed the fuel filter.  I actually think the filter is what really
did the trick.  Oddly, my mileage seems to have dropped back down to
normal, and the engine seems cooler.  I will look at the plugs in a few
days but based on how it is running (fantastically) I think it is fixed. 
I am guessing it was fuel starved but the symptoms sure led me down a
bizarre path for a while.  The check engine light is staying off now and
no codes are logged.
