[V8] Center Breather Hose

Hey, I've recently got the black car back together to sell, and it's leak
free/no fault codes/runs and drives nice.  However, I was cleaning up the
engine today and noticed that center/lower breather hose had completely
disintegrated. I'm guessing the other end is under the throttle body, but
wanted to check with anyone who's replaced it.  My trusty 8yo Mac died
last week, and I'm making due with an ancient PC.  My book doesn't seem to
show the routing, and the Service Training Manual is on the dead Mac
