[V8] Center Breather Hose

You guessed correct.
I don't think you can replace the hose without removing the intake.  I won't swear to it, but I think there is a clamp just like the one at the throttle body end that you have to deal with.  If the hose just pushes on then you might be able to get in there after removing the throttle body.
On the bright side, you probably can't get the hose anyway...
