[V8] Dizzy Hall sensor, knock sensors

I think you are correct, searching the internet I found this:

Which clearly shows that the Bosch internal sensor part in the SAAB dizzy
is identical to ours.  More googling on the Hall sensor's markings says the
one in my '90 is Siemens HKZ101, which Siemens stopped making in the late
90's.  But there are a few places that have a Chinese manufactured
duplicate, a ChenYang BBHME301 (Used to be named CYHME301, but they changed
it.)  The SAAB is a HKZ121, which seems to have compatible specs.

I'm supposed to hear back from my local import shop owner this evening to
see if he's got a better source, but it looks like I've got some options.
