[V8] V8 Euro Headlight Adjustment

Hey guys. At the start of the summer I put a nice set of Euro's into my 93 V8. The lights look great and perform great except for one problem. The problem is in the adjustment ,the vertical adjustment is maxed out ... What I mean by that is the headlight beam is Too high and can't seem to lower it. I have tried the adjuster but I can make the beam go any lower. Am I missing a shim or what ? Thanks superdave
