[V8] V8 Euro Headlight Adjustment

Euro light beams work differently than DOT beams. Don't just "eyeball" the
adjustment. Go to http://www.danielsternlighting.com/tech/aim/aim.html to
find out how to adjust your Euros properly.

There is a ton of great info about lighting on that site. I recommend
reading and rereading every page. Then follow the advice you find there,
especially about aiming, bulb selection, and relaying your lights.
