[V8] Heat related issues....GM climate control silliness....

I've had to replace two or three of the temperature control motors on 
200q20vs.  They either get so they won't hold a temperature or they get 
so they just won't change the flaps.  If dim memories serve me, the V8s 
use the same motor, which is mounted to the heater core box.  There's a 
description and the motor part number in this bit from Chris Miller's

The plastic linkages the motors move to change the flaps become quite 
brittle with age,  so they need to be treated gently.
