[V8] 1993 V8 - will not idle properly

I had a similar increase in RPM that had a simple mechanical cause. The throttle 
cable passes inside thru the firewall above the pedal. There is a metal cable end 
that can unseat itself and add 1/2" to the length of the cable housing, causing an 
increase in the RPM due to a tighter cable.
 Check the far end of the pedal past the fulcrum. The cable ferrule may be lodged 
outside of its cut out occasionally.
