[V8] Stumped by spark plug cover bolts

I went down the Ace Hardware and found some large stainless steel
phillips-head bolts that fit without modification.

I was able to get them off with needle nose pliers. maybe you need a new
pair that is nice and sharp? I repaired mine by hacksawing the heads off
some big slotted pan head screws, and soldering them onto the brass.  It
works fine and is not all that ugly either.
