[V8] Stumped by spark plug cover bolts

I think I spent the first 6 years using a long narrow Phillips between the
bar and the front firewall to get to the rear screws.  Then I caved once
and pulled the bar, and found that it was so much easier, and didn't add
much time at all.  I pull it whenever I'm working on the back half of the
engine every time now.
