[V8] heated seats.

Also to add to my previous rant, my heated seats never have worked since i got this car. Never have looked into it no finally have some time. What is the first couple things to check? When i turn on the Heated rear seats from the back passenger area, i get a "click" under passenger mat but the seats never get warm. I dont even get a *click* when putting on the front heated seats.
