[V8] '93 V8 Q - electric cooling fan stopped working

Did you check the fusible link? Behind the drivers headlight, above the
'bomb', right next to the fender is a little black plastic box that has a
fusible link inside for the fan. I had mine go on my '90 at around the
same number of miles.
