[V8] A V8 Love story / Carlisle 2013

Had a great time in Carlisle with all the wonderful Audi Folks. There were about 100 Audis there and three V8s, Mine 93 Audi V8 and two 91 Audi (standards). 
 
We drove to Scranton on the Friday and stayed there the night and then Saturday morning drove to Carlisle. It’s a 7 hour drive from Ottawa to Carlisle Penn. 
 
There was a caravan of about 5 Red Audi GT cars that came down from Toronto, in total there were about ten cars from that area. Next year I need to make sure to be there for the whole weekend as the Audi group there had set up a nice breakfast at a local Audi Dealership, and Ice cream run and a Lunch at the Show field.  Very well organized event from all angles, it was neat also to walk around and see all the cool vehicles from BMW –To Minis. There are a lot of tool and specialty venders that come to these show that makes it that more interesting. 
 
Alan was there with his Beautiful Audi V8 91 and I forget the other V8ers name (?) he had a nice blue Audi V8 91 standard that he was working all the bugs out of. Alan car was the nicest V8 there for sure. If you haven’t met Alan before he is a great guy and has a wealth of V8 info. 
 
The drive back was okay except for a harmonic vibration at 3k, it felt like a wheel bearing but when you move the steering wheel the noise/vibration doesn’t change. Could it be the center support bearing, what do you think?
