[V8] 400 ma draw

Yea, its probably the V8's vacuum pump.  Same thing with my car happened to
me, its a common occurrence.  Some c4's use the same unit.  As for the
Instrument cluster, not sure if that could be the cause of the draw, but I
had to disassemble mine multiple times to repair shorts and other issues in
it
 on the small right side portion,  typically.  The IC may be repairable,
however I doubt you can get by with anything other than replacement on the
pump.  Audi C4 100 is where I got my replacement from.  Good luck,
