[V8] 4.2 Oil capacity

I put in 16 quarts. Only 8 of them stayed in the engine. The other 8 were
promptly spit on my driveway when I started her up..... Because the old
filter seal stated behind. Much swearing and heavy clean up ensued. Good
thing it was only $1.29 a quart!  The surging is gone and she blinks a nice
4444 now that the oxygen sensor is replaced. Only thing left is wires. I'm
pleased.
