[V8] Circle the Audis

Guys, guys, chill . . .

There aren't enough of us left to fight amongst our (progressively fewer) selves. Everyone has their
own motivations regarding these cars. The point is we are ALL involved in the shrinking V8Q circle
and at this point, I kinda sorta think we need each other.

Many of the "regulars" are gone, most of us post only occasionally, list activity is WAY down.

Myself, I seemed to have moved on. I still have the car and boxes and boxes of spares, but I have
other things in my life which are now more important to me and where I would prefer to spend my time
and money. (I know, sacrilege . . . )

I've been trying to sell mine for a couple of years now, and I not only have not gotten any serious
offers, I've gotten *NO* offers, not even insulting ones! (That is not a hint to send an insulting
offer.) The car is complete, nice, and very close to drivable (ethanol goop in the gas tank), it
even has a complete timing belt job with almost a grand in parts, not twenty miles ago (but several
years, so the belt is probably timed out).

Anyway, I'm now thinking about parting it. Generally speaking, what are the various parts worth? Set
of eurolights, good transmission, A4 16" wheels with spacers, OEM flat face wheels, UFO brakes with
good rotors and fresh pads, black sport seat interior, all body panels good (doors, trunk, hood,
etc.), all windows working, a BUNCH of little stuff like rear suspension links (no more
squeaky-squeaky-squeaky), a couple of brand new fuel pumps, lots more.

What I don't want is to have someone buy ONE item which makes the car incomplete and undrivable, but
I'd prefer to have several major items go away at the same time, and then after a few weeks or
months, I'll scrap whatever is left because nobody wants it.

I want closure - while this has been a great car and a wonderful experience, and made infinitely
better by this wonderfully supportive community, it is time to pull the plug.

Best Regards,

Mike Arman (I'm in the Daytona Beach area)
90 V8Q, three, two, one . . .
