[V8] Slow Launch

Hey Everyone,

I just picked up my '93 from storage where its been sitting.  It has a
couple little issues (hopefully).

1) There is a slow launch.  Its almost like there is a slight hesitation of
sorts when I initially start it up and go into forward gear.
2) At idle it sort of feels like the engine is stressing.  Going up and
going down if you follow.

Any ideas?
