[V8] Fw: the Audi community loses another member, John Larson

Forwarding to this list, I know some of you don't follow the main list
anymore.

Sad news.  Loved discussing 100LS's and such with John.  
 
I would occasionally get him "impossible" parts for a Unimog that he
worked on at his shop and it lead to some great discussions on all things
Teutonic.  A great guy, he'll be missed.

Fellow listers:

I found out yesterday that John Larson, former shop owner and regular
contributor to the 20v list, passed away in June after short illness.

John helped me out a number of times with real world solutions to
problems that I experienced with my Coupes and 90s.

He helped many of us pass emissions and was always there to give advice
with the mystery issues that often confounded us (vacuum leaks,
electrical gremlins etc)

I will miss his direct, no nonsense help
