[V8] Heater Core

I put one of those Chinese cores in years ago and while it seemed to fit ok, it stunk like some nasty toxic chemical for a long time. If there is any oily residue on the core I would find a way to clean it up before installing. And you should also mortgage your house to replace the hoses too. They are hard to get to and certainly bad by now.

And I also learned the hard way not to use a brass core. If you try one be sure to ground the snot out of it else it will corrode out from electrolysis in no time.
Probably wouldn't hurt to ground it in any case.
