[V8] A8 flywheel sensors

Hey all, got a friend with a 99 A8 that's got the hot start issue(starts fine when cold/dies when warm.  Found a lot of guys having to replace the speed sensor (different location than the V8), just wondering if it's the same as the V8/200/100?etc., and can use the cheap ebay ones.   Any other A8 info would be appreciated as it seems many have chose to move on to that car.   He's not stranded, as he can drive his truck/son's soon to be listed Black V8, but he said he doesn't want to drive the V8 as he'll just want to keep it, and he's trying to get rid of stuff and in his mind's eye, pretty much know's the V8 is stayin.....Ha. On a totally different note, wondering if I loaned my cam holders (3199) to anyone on the list?  James is wanting to do his TB project next weekend, and mine are most likely in my mess downstairs, just checking(not where they've been forever.
