[V8] Not the flywheel pin

Clean the contacts on the fuel pump relay. It drives both the pump and the ignition coils and one side can work while the other does not.
Also would be smart to check fuel pressure and flow.

Got all kinds of leakage, which will be dealt with after it runs and doing the suspension/rack/leak project...just need to verify current issue before digging deeper. Aside of some rat shit evidence, car has faired well getting parked in our torrential rain year(was expecting a bit more funkieness).......Headliner didn't fix itself(bummer). Will post back when I divulge the non running issue......Hope all's well, Tom
