[V8] Anyone taken apart the trunk lock mechanism?

Hi everyone,

I'm having issues with my trunk lock cylinder. The key would not go in all
the way (not even half way) so I removed the lock cylinder from the trunk
lid so I could fiddle with it. I was able to wiggle the key in further and
I can tell its just old gunky grease inside the cylinder. My intention was
to open it up and clean it from any other debris...but after removing the
backing plate in the cylinder I can't seem to separate the cylinder from
housing. Was wondering if any of you gents have any experience taking this
apart?
