[V8] Skip...miss

I've been driving the V8 again since the day after Christmas. I have
discovered I have a simple skip or miss that is irregular and not really
identifiable. I suspec this miss is either a fouled plug or plugs from
sitting for nearly two years , or perhaps it is a plug wife that has a
corroded end piece of some such.
The car funs fine otherwise and better and better now that it is out of
the garage and being run on a nearly daily basis.
A normal run for me in the car is just about ten miles with no shut
downs nor stop lights. So once the car is out of the garage, it is run
strongly until shut down. The miss is felt under light to heavy load,
so I'm guessing it is plug wires.
Now having said all of that, considering the car has largely sat still
for nearly three years, I think I should just replace plugs and wires.
The question I have here is which kind or brand of plug wires is the
preferred ones at this point, if any. I'm looking at Rock Auto and the
prices are all over the map and crazy.
Thoughts?
Roger
P.S. I'm on my third tank of premium fuel in the car now, so old fuel by
itself is not the issue. Besides I did stabilize the fuel and used an
octane boost before the first new fuel filling!
