[V8] 94 v8 instrument cluster

Hmmmm... I wondered about those ribbons. This is my 1st time working on a
92 and up cluster.

I drove it to work this morning and all gauges worked properly except the
fuel gauge. I think that shows I'm getting somewhere. Not exactly sure
where, but somewhere.
