[Vwdiesel] Turbo Diesel toyota

[Tawnya & Sheldon Walsh]

1987 was the last year Toyota sold diesels in Canada. There was some
kind of amalgamation of Toyota Canada and USA, and ever since then we
only get the same crap as the US.  Do I sound bitter?....

   AFAIK, Toyota hasn't been importing any diesels into the US since the
80's. But I'm not 100% sure on that -- and they may very well be selling
them in
Canada.
   I think the thing that sounds the most intriguing however is the
Toyota flat
four diesel in the Previa. Someone here mentioned that before, did a
google on
it but got too many bad hits.
