[Vwdiesel] help identifying some parts

So I had the head rebuilt and they did a beautiful job.  But they
removed everything off the head and put nothing back (minus camshaft).

I want to order some parts but have a vague idea of what some of them
are.  Here goes..

1) I need bolts for both of the cooling hose connectors (one in front,
one on side opposite cam gear).

2) I need the two small sensors on the camgear-opposite side cooling hose connector, and
the big sensor on the front cooling hose connector.

3) I need the sensor that screws into the camgear-opposite side
(directly into head).  Looks like an oil pressure sensor?

4) (non-head related) There is a sensor that screws into the lower right
side of the radiator on the back.  Looks like the fan switch sensor?

Can anyone name these?
