I'm guessing this is something most of you know how to fix, but lately my e=
ngine has been getting stuck at a high rev.  I tap the accelerator and it r=
ights itself, or, when driving, I downshift to make the motor do the work o=
f slowing the engine down.  Why is it getting stuck, and what do I do to fi=
x it?
