[Vwdiesel] injection pump timing

You might want to double check whether the flywheel is at TDC.  I've always
matched a "V" cut to the pointer on the bell housing to get the TDC spot.  I've
never seen a "loop."  Maybe it's semantics, but I figured I'd at least raise
the possibility.
