A couple nights ago I took a new lady friend out to dinner in the Jetta TD.
I was
traveling up a few slight grades, so the engine was being loaded a bit.
After
driving for a bit, I noticed my frind looking over here shoulder
periodically, as
if she were trying to see something. She finally said, "I keep hearing
sirens off
in the distance, but I don't see any rescue vehicles." She had this
perplexed look
on her face. I briefly explained it was the turbocharger and what it did.
She just
said, "oh, I see."
