  It could be a bad injector or a rod bearing, however a rod bearing won't
make noise like that for long.  Rev it and see if it sounds like a rod
bearing.
Both still could.  Take a 17mm wrench and loosen each injector line, one
at a time and see if it stops.  If it's lighter clacking, it could be valve
train
noise:  Collapsed lifter, cam timing off letting a valve hit a piston, or a
broken spring.
