[Vwdiesel] Emission testing in Ontario, Canada

In Florida, (when they used to have any emissions testing), they ran the car
on a dyno and put a lazer across the exhaust pipe, which measured opacity.
The limit was 20%, and my pretty accurately tuned rabbit 1.6NA with like
140,000 miles had a 4-7% opacity. there was barely any visible soot when
watching it, to give you an idea of soot amount.
