at night) I can make the outside marker lights bright and dim with the
"dimmer switch" ( this is supposed to dim the dash lights but don't) If I
pull the 15 amp. fuse that runs the dome light, this don't happen!>>>>

Possibly the H/L switch is hooked up wrong, or defective?
