[Vwdiesel] Stuck bolt in crank pulley

Hi people!

I've got one of the four allen head bolts in the crank pulley rounded out.

Last week I tried hammering in a 1/4" allen in place of the 6mm, and got it=
 to bite.  I gave it a good turn, and it rounded out again.

Today, I purchased an easy out, and used an impact tool to try to get it un=
stuck.  The easy out bit nicely, and proceded to gut the allen even more th=
an before.  That bolt will NOT turn!  I've been squirting penetrating oil o=
n the thing trying to get it to loosen up.  I've been trying to get this bo=
lt out for weeks without success!

Any ideas?
