[Vwdiesel] Stuck bolt in crank pulley

  I usually resort to a cold chisel.  Knock a good slot into it and then you
can
use a motorcycle type hand impact driver to knock it loose and out. You can
also use the chisel to drive it around a partial turn.  They usually go well
once loosened.  This has always worked for me but there are worse cases
where a bit of heat may be needed.  If you have an arc welder handy.  Crank
it up and weld a nut to the head of the bolt.  They almost always run right
out
then.
