[Vwdiesel] CNG v. Diesel

    Yeah, man.  I ran across the article a couple of weeks ago, but didn't
post the link on the grounds that there was obviously a massive misprint-
maybe a new intern really garbled the story.
    Evidently it's true, though.
    The truth will prevail, sometimes.
    There are, of course, some enjoyable Orwellian aspects to the sudden
change- local governments have obviously not got the word that we are no
longer at war with Oceania, which is now our faithful ally.  ;)
