[Vwdiesel] Simple little TDI question Phase II

reprogram the EGR.  :)  THANKS James!
  Has anybody ever checked the fuel flow from that fuel return temperature
regulator diverter?  Although it ain't been warm here, it's well above 32 F.
The main flow of fuel is back into the filter.  That's with the black dot
toward the tank.  I think Dad's going to stick it in the freezer to see if
anything changes.  If this thing doesn't get figured out pretty soon I'm
tempted to put an A1 or A2 filter on it and screw the warm-up arrangement!
Although it sounds like a good deal.  He sure looses power when there's air
coming through.  That's the next thing to get eliminated somehow.
