  IF it's engine related then it could be valve adjustment, timing/belt
stretch,
too high of compression, injectors, heavier driving foot as it's broken in.
In
about that order except for driving habits.
  Colder weather brings longer warm ups, leaving it idle, more alternator
load, lower energy fuel, lower tire pressures, less efficient snow tires,
heavier air to push through.  It all adds up and takes it's toll.  I see it
even when I don't change tires and am pumping out of the same fuel
tank which has the same fuel.  Tire pressure can really make a diff.
Dad's pu went from 42 to 35 and back to 43 with the tire pressure being
dropped from max to mid 20's and back to max with 2 cycle oil.
