Lets say a stud (or bolt) breaks off and leaves a nice little nub that you can
get at with vice grips. I've always have had good luck hitting the stud nub
perpindicularly w/ a hammer a few good whacks. But I've always thought that
this damages the threads in the hole that the stud threads into. Does it?
