I think you'd have a tough time using natural gas (methane?) Not that
it wouldn't work at all but it has a little less energy but the problem would
be containment. In a gaseous state you wouldn't be carrying very much
especially if filled from your house. A couple minutes worth at best
probably.
If you do CNG (compressed natural gas), finding sources would be the issue
as well as the higher pressures (more on the order of an oxygen tank?)
needing a much heavier tank.
I've always heard they run cleaner with propane (exhaust as well as oil)
and with biodiesel... Good idea there! :)
With cold weather really on it's way, has anybody done any freezer
tests on biodiesel additives to prevent gelling? We had snow all
around the upper edges of the valley this morning.
