Frankly, I wouldn't believe jackshit that a shop told me anymore. I just
checked my wife's RAV4 that we had the dealer do the 60,000 mi belt replacement,
and, at the same time, had an oil change and switch to Mobil 1. It took me 5 or
6 tries as reading the dip stick before I realized that they underfilled it by 2
qts. Which they totally deny, of course. I guess the warrantee was up, so they
figured they could get business like an engine rebuild.
