[Vwdiesel] No power TDI

Also fuel pick up COULD be clogged.  When this happened on my Rabbit na it
proved to be a scum of mold draping itself over the pick up in the tank.  It
would float off when tank was full or allowed to rest, when fuel got low it
would get sucked onto the pick up.  Very puzzling for a time.
