  Exhaust, tank and filler should all be fine.  You'll have to plumb in a
carb
or CIS system and power to the pump or carb and wire in the ignition.
  Sometimes it's a long wait for a TD engine and often it's a rebuildable
core.  It's WELL worth it though.  :)  Even just the manifolds and turbo
are a very nice improvement.
  I'd take a TD over a gas most any day.  Much better mileage and stronger
"pull".  :)
