My first car (in High School), a stock '64 Beetle. My
friends called it the "Deathtrap"! I always thought
about geting rear ended in it, or hitting something
and having the fuse box under the hood spark as the
filler cap is popping off of the gas tank, ignighting
8 gallons of gasoline above my legs!

I actually had a Fairfax County Police cruiser hit me
in a '56 Bug the first day I got it on the road. He
was responding to a call.
