Sorry, this was a typo. I meant that increased thermal efficiency [from
a turbocharger] can lead to gains in both _fuel efficency_ and torque,
or just one or the other depending on the setup. I do understand the
relation between horsepower and torque, but was thinking about too many
things while I wrote it ;)
