    NA's were available in 91, but not 92.  The only turbocharged VWD's
available in either 91 or 92 were the ECO models.  A clear picture of the
engine (turbo breather box, as the pump has no aneroid), or rear badge would
be necessary to tell from the description.  Note that the seller is new to
Ebay and has no feedback.  He appears to be a used car dealer; sometimes
they lack familiarity with Diesels, which can work to a buyer's advantage.
