     There is no tax on biodiesel, at least for home brewers. The fedzis already
said an individual can brew 400 gal @ year with no fed road tax. Sen. Dayton
(MN) was trying to get it the same status as ethanol, don't know where that bill
is, but ethanol is a negative tax, i.e., the more ethanol you add to gasoline,
the less road tax is paid, even for commercial sellers.

     When is the last time you've ever had your fuel checked? Or know anyone who
has? Other than commercial truckers?
