[Vwdiesel] Air in cooling system

I just did a coolant flush/refill, but now I have air in the heater
core. The engine warms up and the heater works, but after a while, it
gets cold again, while the engine stays at operating temperature. If I
stop the engine and let it sit for a while, it will be warm again, but
then it repeats. I can't find a bleeding screw anywhere, so I guess
there's a "magic" thing to to. What? ;-)

BTW, the idle problem is solved. It was a very worn injector tip and
totally wrong opening pressure. I got all 4 new tips and adjustment,
and now everything is fine..
